Marco Angheben is the Head of Business Development & Regulatory Affairs at European DataWarehouse (EDW). EDW was established in 2012 as the first securitisation repository in Europe to facilitate the collection, validation, and download of standardised loan-level data (LLD) for Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) and private whole loan portfolios. Marco joined EDW in 2013, after having previously coordinated a team of advisors to implement the ECB ABS Loan-level Initiative at LCM Partners. He holds a degree in Economics from Ca’ Foscari University in Venice.

Dr. Georges Duponcheele is a Senior Credit Portfolio Manager at Great Lakes Insurance SE (part of Munich RE). He teaches the Securitisation module for the Executive Master in Asset Management from University Paris-Dauphine PSL and Ensae Paris in partnership with Lefebvre Dalloz, and co-chairs the Paris Europlace Securitisation Committee Experts Subgroup on Prudential Regulation.Georges has co-written with William Perraudin and others numerous papers on the Basel and European securitisation frameworks that have helped shape regulatory thinking, including “Maturity Effects in Securitisation Capital: Total Capital Levels and Dispersion Across Tranches” (2013), “How to Revive the European Securitisation Market: a Proposal for a European SSFA” (2014), “Impact of the SA Output Floor on the European Securitisation Market” (2022), “Rethinking the Securitisation Risk Weight Floor” (2024), “European Competitiveness and Securitisation Regulations” (2024). Currently, he is co-writing on how to calibrate securitisation capital rules, and on the evolution of the unfunded SRT market.

Gemma Feliciani was appointed Director of Financial Institutions as of 1st October 2024. She was part of this Department as Head of Financial Institutions West Division, since its creation at the beginning of 2022. Gemma was already Head of the Banks Division within the Western Europe Department where she has also been leading the Public Sector and Infrastructure Division until 2019. During that time, within the context of the EIB’s Brexit task force, she was in charge of operations in the UK as well as the relationship with the UK HM Treasury. Previously, Gemma headed the Operational Management and Business Planning Division and was Head of Unit within the Information System and Application Division. She joined the EIB in the Information Technology Department in 1999. Prior to joining the Bank, Gemma worked for IMI Bank SA, Luxembourg (today part of Intesa Group). She holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Pisa, which included a scholarship at the University of Manchester, and completed an executive program at the Imperial College, London.

Saiyi Suzuki Navarro

Saiyi Suzuki Navarro is responsible for Spanish banks at the European Investment Bank, including investments for funding and capital relief purposes through securitisation and other financial instruments. Saiyi is a member of the green securitisation working group at the EIB and has developed several frameworks to cater for investments in the asset class. Mr. Suzuki joined the EIB Group in 2010 and since then has developed several roles including developing the guarantees & social finance business at the European Investment Fund, and managing the UK & Irish financial sector at the European Investment Bank. Prior to joining the EIB Group, Saiyi worked for Nomura London at their M&A and ECM investment banking divisions, and for Valira Asset Management, responsible for managing investments of a multi-strategy hedge fund portfolio. He has a degree Business Administration from the Carlos III University– Madrid, holds an MSc in International Business Management from the Centro de Estudios Económicos y Comerciales, and an MBA from London Business School. Saiyi is a member of the Chartered Alternative Investments Association.

Hubert Vannier began his career at GAN Assurances in 1993 as a Finance Controller. He joined Credit Lyonnais Asset Management in 1995. In 1998, he joined Oddo Asset Management as portfolio manager and then as Head of Arbitrage fund management. He joined Amundi in 2008 as a senior ABS Portfolio Manager. Hubert Vannier has a 27 years’ experience in structured credit. Mr. Vannier has been in charge of the ABSPP team at Amundi, advising the ECB for its Quantitative Easing program for securitizations. Mr. Vannier holds a Master in Econometrics from Paris I - Sorbonne University and a Master in Management from ESCP Europe Business School.
